The Davis Master Chorale will be presenting two FREE Christmas concerts. It will feature sacred, traditional and fun Christmas music for the whole family.
The first performance will be Saturday, Nov. 30, at 6:00pm at the Salt Lake Tabernacle on Temple Square. The second performance will be Friday, Dec 6, at 7:00pm at the church building located at 2680 E. Cherry Lane, Layton 84040 [MAP].
The Davis Master Chorale is a strictly nondenominational organization, but we wish to sincerely thank the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for the use of these wonderful buildings to practice and perform in.
Registration time for the Winter 2024 Season of the Davis Master Chorale is approaching and we want you to sing these beautiful Christmas music selections with us!
Our opening potluck social will be held September 3rd at 6:00pm at the church bowery at 2435 E Canyon Rim Dr, Layton, UT 84040. All are welcome, and please bring a potluck dish to share.
Rehearsals are Tuesday evenings from 7:30 – 9:00pm, starting with our first rehearsal September 10th. They are held at the LDS Chapel at 2680 East Cherry Lane, Layton, Utah 84040.
Performances will be Saturday, November 30th, at the Salt Lake Tabernacle; and Friday, December 6th, at our rehearsal location.
No Audition is necessary but we do ask you to learn the music whatever that may require for you. Dues: $20 per person or $35 per couple (Couples register one at a time but pay together.)
Cash or Check payments can be made in person at the social or first rehearsal.
Davis Master Chorale is an all-volunteer, non-auditioned, community choir composed primarily of Davis County, Utah residents. Join us as we lift souls by lifting our voices—and have a good time doing it. We are so excited to engage in the joyful, hopeful, and faithful music of Christmas time!
